Privacy policy

Last updated October 26, 2026

Restoration Direct ("we," "us") runs restoration-direct.com, a referral service that connects homeowners with independent restoration companies. Restoration Direct is owned and operated by Athens Marketing, based in Dallas, Texas. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you call a number on this site, our call tracking provider records your phone number, the time and length of the call, and the general location tied to your number or the ZIP code you give. Calls may be recorded for quality and billing.

When you visit the site, we and our advertising partners collect standard browsing data through cookies and similar tools: pages viewed, the ad or link that brought you here, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address. If you arrive from a Google ad, we keep the ad click ID so we can tell which ads lead to calls.

How we use it

We use this information to route your call to a restoration company that serves your area, to bill those companies for referrals, to measure and improve our advertising, and to prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

We share your call and the details you give on it with the restoration company and the call routing network that connects you. We also share browsing and click data with advertising platforms such as Google. We don’t sell your information for money, but some of this sharing may count as a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state privacy laws.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com. Depending on your state, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to ask us to delete it, or to opt out of its sale or sharing. Email contact@restoration-direct.com to make a request.

Children

This site is meant for adults and doesn’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
