What we do

Restoration Direct runs a referral service. We connect callers with independent restoration companies. We don’t perform water, fire, mold, biohazard or any other restoration work, and we don’t employ, supervise or guarantee the companies you reach through us.

Your agreement is with the company you hire

Any estimate, contract, price, schedule or warranty is between you and the restoration company. Before you hire anyone, confirm that they hold the credentials your state and city require, and get the terms in writing.

Information on this site

The content here is general information, not professional, legal or insurance advice. Insurance coverage depends on your policy, so check with your agent or insurer. If anything in your home is unsafe, such as standing water near electricity, stay out of the area and call 911 in an emergency.

No warranty

We provide the site and referral service as is. We don’t promise that a company will be available at a given time or in every area, and we aren’t responsible for the work, conduct or pricing of any company you reach through us, to the extent the law allows.
